# Abstract Graffiti Masters

What have **SheOne**, [**Duncan Jago**](/mr-jago-live-painting/), **Jaybo Monk**, **Matt W. Moore**, [**Augustine Kofie**](/augustine-kofie-artist-profile/), **Nawer**, [**Morten Andersen**](/studio-visit-morten-andersen-in-berlin/), **Poesia**, **Derm**, and **Mark Lyken** in common? Right, they are all urban artists, famous for their graffiti-inspired abstract art around the globe and are altogether going to open a group-show in Glasgow this Friday! Entitled *Rudimentary Perfection* Scotland’s Recoat Gallery will host the UK’s first comprehensive *Graffuturism* exhibition...

> The exhibition pulls together an impressive group of notable international artists linked by their innovative spirit and shared graffiti heritage. (Recoat Gallery)

Including all these abstract graffiti masters, I’m pretty sure this will be a first class art show. And the gossip factory is already working overtime - some voices told me that they are also going to paint some neat walls! Of course I will try to get some photos...

**Date:** July 1st, 6pm
**Location:** Recoat Gallery, 323 North Woodside Road, Glasgow
