Urban Exploration Book | Every time I visit old, abandoned factories and warehouses a cold shiver runs down my back. It’s that great to explore those decayed buildings, to find about 20 years old jackets and trouser, to inspect crazy cupboards and machines. Yes, I really love abandoned retreats especially when they’re in a highly populated area. In my opinion you can find some real beauty in decay!
That’s why I want to inform you about this new incredible photographic book by one of the greatest urbex photography protagonists, London-based photographer Romany WG - Its name: Beauty in Decay!
Just who decides which doors are closed in our world and whose interests do they serve? Do we wish to be kept in the dark, permanently safe, free from either harm or adventure? For all of us there is a deep attraction to be found in opening these doors. They open a rift in our collected experiences and throw new light on the boundaries we’ve all been forced to accept. There is only one way to find out what’s hidden behind these barriers… (www.carpetbombingculture.co.u)
Beauty in Decay (also available at Amazon!) includes 192 full color pages and really, really good photos of impression abandoned houses! It’s a must for all urban explorers or photographers and probably a good Xmas gift…
