The tower that never was

Four artists, one Berlin tower and a court order: the Art Monument event followed from its announcement to its cancellation, in eight posts over four months.

In 2010 four artists were to repaint the Bierpinsel tower in Berlin-Steglitz. Urban Art Core reported every step as it happened, so read these in order, from the first announcement to the show that went on inside the tower after a court stopped the paint outside.
