This year’s urban art festival IBUg was the reason for missing posts during the last week. Organized by famous German artist Ta55o (Ma’Claim crew) I stayed together with about 100 urban artists from all over Europe in an abandoned, former textile factory in Meerane, a small town in the eastern part of Germany and enjoyed the great feeling in the decayed buildings, nice talks with nice people and the general atmosphere (during the week I already uploaded some quick impressions on tumblr!)…

Being back in Berlin I now have to look through about 40 GB photo and video material, what will take some time. Nevertheless I recently uploaded some first photos giving you a brief insight into my IBUg 2011 impression. First I would like to say thank you to my old and new friends Danny Doom, the Quintessenz Creation crew, the Frenchmen Shaka and Nosbé, Pixelpancho, Flamat, RallitoX, Rebelzer, Gebrüder Onkel, Subone and his dad, Gary Lowell and especially Ta55o for the temporary shelter!

To cut a long story short, here are some first impressions from the IBUg 2011 urban art festival:
