# Great Interactive Building Projection

In the last month, I wrote a lot about [building projections](/3d-architectural-projection/) around the world, but I never saw an better one! The word of future is interactive - People don’t only want to be part of their environment, they want to create their environment with their own actions, they want interact with it.

The new [creative interaction collective](http://yesyesno.com/) **YesYesNo**, which is specialized in the creation of engaging, magical installations that combine creativity and artistic visions, recently turned the Auckland Ferry Building in Auckland City into an interactive playground:

[Video on Vimeo](https://vimeo.com/8525186)

> “Our job was to create an installation that would go beyond merely projection on buildings and allow viewers to become performers, by taking their body movements and amplifying them 5 stories tall.
>
> We used 3 different types of interaction - body interaction on the two stages, hand interaction above a light table, and phone interaction with the tracking of waving phones. There were 6 scenes, cycled every hour for the public.” (by YesYesNo)
The people had a lot of fun and I was really impressed as I saw the video...
