After I wrote the article about [this very impressive lime lapse video](/impressions-new-york-2008/) from the streets of New York in 2008, I got a lot of submissions with links to other more or less great videos about urban impressions.

**Max Moos**, is a Hamburg-based professional photographer, filmmaker and founder of *Moos & Kurrat*, a *family like business, where technology meets craftsmanship in order to deliver Time-lapse short movies in HDTV quality with a thrilling, emotional touch.*

His New York and Istanbul city portraits are the first two parts of a whole series of lime lapse city portraits. Other megacities like Hong Kong and Shanghai will follow!
