After that beautiful photos of his crisscross paintings and tape artworks in India, French street artist L’Atlas hit Moscow and repeated the very interesting street photography of his art. L’Atlas was born in Toulouse in 1978 and lives and works in Paris for years. This Moscow visit is his next step of the world tour he started years ago. The geometrically form of his artworks and the huge count of different sizes in which he creates them, is really special. I love his doings and hope he will visit Berlin once again… ...

Today I found that amazing audio/visual facade projection by Griduo in collaboration with Due3! It took place at the santralistanbul Art and Culture Center’s Main Gallery building located in Istanbul some month ago: “It is a live audio/visual performance composed of animated monochrome geometrical shapes matching the real size and form of the quadrilateral alluminium modules which form the facade of the building. ...

Wow, there will be an stunning graffiti art exhibition in Zurich tomorrow! I was really excited when I saw these amazing buffed graffiti artworks first… Thierry Furger presents his “Buffed Paintings”, which show - as the name implies - graffiti pieces that look like recently buffed. This is his way to deal with the transience of graffiti: “Often graffiti is gone within a few hours. Removed by cleaning crews, repainted by other sprayers or destructed by time and weather, because no one is responsible for their preservation. For years, Ox pastes great collages or minimalist shapes over billboards and in that way creates new, often colorful statements. The flagship-gallery for street art in Berlin is the ATM Gallery by my friend Marc Scherer. Although or even because of it’s only a small exhibition-room, the gallery shows continuously the local and international creme de la creme of urban art and culture.
