Since the beginning of this month, his next street art show with the somehow extraordinary title “Street Art - Meanwhile in deepest East Anglia, thunderbirds were go…” presents mind-blowing artworks by some of the most popular (street) artists around the globe at Kunsthalle Barmen in Wuppertal! The line-up reads like an award-list for extravagant art and includes in addition to Victor Ash, Boxi, Ben Eine, Faith47, Boris Hoppek, Os Gemeos and Zezao a whole bunch of other famous urban artists…
By transferring their themes and methods in the protected space of the museum, they develop very new and surprising approaches. But what kind of art is this that leaves its ancestral terrain? […] The Kunsthalle Barmen will be devoting itself to these questions in a large-scale exhibition.
