After *“Street art in the Counter Culture”* (2008) and *“The Beautiful Renaissance”* (2009) this 192 pages book again is about the most important art movement of our time and features artists from around the globe including **Banksy**, **Dan Witz**, **Ron English**, **Obey**, **Mark Jenkins**, **Elbowtoe**, **Swoon** and many more. But it also covers this year’s *“Fame Festival”* (Do you remember that brilliant animation Blu and David Ellis did last year?) and the [*“Ghost Village”* project](/ghostvillage-project-abandoned-painting-video/) and discusses the hot question: *“Is Street Art an extension and evolution of Graff or a corruption of Graff's pure rebel yell into an easy to swallow rebel lifestyle?”* Seems to be one of the more interesting street art books out there and after I read [that review by Arden](http://www.crackforyoureyes.com/blog/books-a-magazines/item/1011-review-untitled-iii-this-is-street-art) I pretty sure to dip into the book soon! By the way, a big plus point for the book is that most used images are from the street art online communities. So it’s not just another street art book but also something like a honour for all these more or less unknown street art documentarists. You can get your “This Is Street Art” issue for example [on Amazon](http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0955912156?ie=UTF8&tag=berlinstreeta-21&linkCode=as2&camp=1638&creative=6742&creativeASIN=0955912156). It’s probably a good Xmas gift... ![street art book]() street art book
