# Tika’s Tikathek in Berlin

*Urban Art Show* | As already mentioned in the [street art news review](/exhibitions-urban-interior-murals-hipster-traps/), Swiss urban artist **Tika** recently opened her exhibition, the so called Tikathek, at Skalitzers Gallery in Berlin. Now I found some time to swing by and take a closer look at her latest artworks...

> Moving back and forward between cities, mediums and textures, TIKA's works display a unique energy, reflective of her extensive travels and perspectives on todays global society, as well as the nearly forgotten traditions and sagas of the past. ([Skalitzers Gallery](http://skalitzers.com/exhib.php?nb=8))

...what I found were a lot of nice drawings, wood-cut prints of animals and paintings. It’s definitely worth the go around and visit this urban art show. For all not able to do so, here are [some first impressions](http://www.flickr.com/photos/streetart-berlin/sets/72157626404521606/)...
