# Unlike U - Trainwriting in Berlin

*Graffiti Documentary* | Another trainwriting film premiers in Berlin: February 2nd, *Unlike U - Trainwriting in Berlin* will be shown first at the Babylon cinema in Berlin-Mitte.

> Unlike U portrais four generations of sprayers in Berlin, of which the oldest of the hardcore artists is already over 40 years old, while the youngest are around 17. All protagonists have one thing in common. Each one has sprayed countless trains in their lives, some of them even over a 1000.
>
> Through intensive interviews the film makers aim to understand the motives of sprayers, what drives them to commit a crime which has no recognition in the public domain and is according to offical documetation an act of willfull damaging of property, and furthermore, painted trains get taken out of service as quickly as possible. ([About Unlike U](http://unlike-u.com/about_en.html))

This documentary, which was created by the film makers **Henrik Regel** and **Björn Birg** in about seven years of work, includes live action in tube tunnels, historical footage from the legendary corner near Friedrichstrasse, as well as interviews with **POET**, **WESP**, **Ruedi One**, and other train writers!

I’m pretty sure it’s worth watching. See you all at the Babylom cinema! And don’t forget to pre-order your tickets!
