Again some self-promotion for my upcoming solo-exhibition Urban Artists in Action – Another View on Street Art & Graffiti…
Because I always like watching live art performances during exhibition openings and to not just present photos of urban artists in action but also to add some action to the opening ceremony this Thursday, I asked famous Australian street artist Buff Diss to create one of his well-known tape art installations on Westberlin Gallery’s window-front! So there’s another good reason for those of you being in Berlin to join the vernissage - Admission is free as usual in Berlin.
For the first time, the gallery will show not the result but the fascinating process of urban art, the secret of which so many artists are at pains to conceal. (Westberlin Gallery)
Of course I will be present during the opening, so make sure to swing by if you have any questions about me, my photos or urban art in general. See ya Thursday!
Doors: June 23rd, 6pm | Location: Westberlin Gallery, Brunnenstr. 56, 13355 Berlin | Join the event on Facebook!
By the way, if you know a good spot to place the exhibition flyers (see above), let me know!
