# Wedding Walls - New Murals for Berlin

*Mural Art* | At the end of this month, the urban art project *“Wedding Walls”* will start to let six internationally well-known urban artists recreate some huge walls in Berlin’s north!

> Currently Wedding is becomming an increasingly more popular area for Artists, students and entrepreneurs. Administrated by the French and surrounded by the Berlin Wall on three sides, the area changed drastically after the fall of the Wall. Due to the cheap rent and access to both the Ring Line, and the U-Bahn, this once detached district is begin noticed as a great location to both live and work in.
>
> Our aim is to give Wedding a long overdue facelift to fit with it’s current status. We are inviting international and resident street artists to paint several large vacant walls within Wedding. ([About Wedding Walls](http://www.facebook.com/pages/Wedding-Walls/157313244325336?sk=info))
In addition to [**Nomad**](/nomad-new-artworks/), [**Victor Ash**](/victor-ash-new-mural-art/) and [**M-City**](/m-city-in-3d/) also **MTO**, **SWag** and **Caleb Neelon** already confirmed, will for that reason participate and in that way create some new colorful spots in the city!

I’m looking forward to this very interesting urban art event and for sure I’ll catch up with the artists to document their work! For more info, visit www.riot-arts.com/weddingwalls
